I’ve launched a bunch of side projects as a developer. My main source of income is freelance WordPress development, but it’s fun to think up new ideas and bring them to life. Check out some of the stuff I have done below.
I provide free resources for veterans interested in the digital creative space on Creative Vets. I am a veteran myself and thought a resource like this with everything in one place would be great, especially if it is tailored specifically to veterans. Check it out!
Digital Creative Leads
Digital Creative Leads is a digital creative job board. I was always looking at several job boards for new opportunities. I looked up the feed for the sites I was going to and put them on this website. A majority of the jobs are remote-friendly opportunities. Check it out!
I started eBook Dude to write short eBooks for other businesses or individuals. The books range from 5 to 20 pages. I’ll set up a section on their website to promote it after writing the eBook. It helps build some credibility and also helps build an email list of potential customers. Check it out!
North Carolina WP
North Carolina WP is a WordPress event website. If I find out about a WordPress event in North Carolina I will list it. WordCamps, WordPress meetups, WordPress help desks, and other WordPress events will show up on North Carolina WP. I also write blog posts related to those events and other WordPress related stuff. Check it out!
Peak of Things
Peak of Things is one of my T-Shirt businesses. I love the nicknames for different states, cities, and towns so I started making T-Shirt designs for them. The shirts are designed, printed, and made in the USA. Most of the designs are all about North Carolina, but there are some other locations represented as well. Check it out!
Traveler Manifest is another T-Shirt business. I’ve traveled all over the place and remember a bunch of airport codes. I thought it would be cool to put the codes on T-Shirts. Airports all across the country are represented. The shirts are designed, printed, and made in the USA. Check it out!
